Meet the SPI Leadership Team:
In 2006 Lindsay left her career as a Paralegal to join the Service Company world. Through this experience, Lindsay has first-hand knowledge of the demands placed on paralegals and the importance of having reliable vendors to partner with.
In 2010 she founded SPI Corporate Solutions, Inc. to provide unparalleled, personalized service to the legal, financial and corporate industries. Lindsay is very active in the legal and public records community. She has been a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association since 2006 and has presented numerous times at their annual Education Conference. In addition, she currently sits as a conference committee member for the National Public Records Research Association.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys traveling with her husband Nick and their two tiny humans, Taylor and Hayden. Lindsay also acts as the choreographer and sits on the Board of Directors for The Penguin Project, a theater program that specializes in empowering children with special needs through theater.
Julianne joined the SPI team in 2013, bringing a wealth of experience in nationwide UCC and corporate services with her. With her commitment to client care and support, Julianne epitomizes integrity, consistency and hard work. Her constant aim is second to none customer service, on every order large or small.
She has instills these same values in our CSRs as the VP of Operations. Julianne leads by example through knowledge, experience, and an unparalleled work ethic. Julianne and her team strive to build trust and strong long term relationships with all SPI clientele. The quality and service that Julianne and her team provide under her leadership exceed customer expectations.
Julianne resides in upstate New York with her Air Force Veteran Husband, her smart, funny, active son, and a mischievous fur baby Marlo. In her free time Julianne serves as an active member of her school’s PTO since 2012, and she and her husband love watching their son play baseball, basketball and golf.
